Ms.Figgy, M.Ed

Ms. Figgy attended and graduated from New York University in four years. During her time there, she was on the Dean’s list every year for outstanding grades and high academic performance.

Following graduation, she immediately returned to school to begin her training as a teacher. At Loyola Marymount University, Ms. Figgy earned her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential while working full time as an Elementary school teacher.

In the years that followed, she acquired life-time status as a Credentialed California Teacher. Hungry for more knowledge, Ms.Figgy obtained a Masters in Educational Administration and Leadership from George Washington University. Graduating with a 4.0, she obtained a further understanding of Education Law, Educational Administration, and more.

As a trained teacher and administrator, she worked in schools throughout the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Los Angeles area. Much of her time was spent working with students that had fallen behind and needed remedial education to catch up with their peers.

Due to this, Ms. Figgy developed a talent for identifying academic needs, designing curriculum, and implementing support plans that resulted in student data skyrocketing.

Ms. Figgy is a LA native that works with families across Los Angeles, currently, working in the West LA area. She prides herself in being a partner and direct communicator with families. She believes learning should be fun for students and values a strong partnership with parents, teachers, and schools.

At this time, she is accepting new clients and is available to meet.
